Job summary

The Rush Companies is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations on our Seattle projects, including Class A office, healthcare, and multi-family developments. You will represent the company’s core values, oversee safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality, and collaborate with owners and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in construction supervision, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage complex schedules,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 7+ years of related construction experience in scheduling, field supervision, procurement, and knowledge of production throughout all phases of construction.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret construction drawings and contract documents to guide site operations.
Develop and maintain CPM schedule, ensuring milestones are met.
Oversee safety, quality, budgeting and customer service on site.
Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and utility providers.
Lead and mentor field personnel, fostering teamwork and accountability.
Attend owner/subcontractor meetings and prepare daily reports.
