Senior Superintendent, Commercial Healthcare Construction, Los Angeles, CA

Pay: $250,000 to $300,000. Direct hire, on site.

An established commercial general contractor with serious scale is hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large, high profile healthcare construction projects across Los Angeles. This is a senior leadership seat for the most experienced and skilled lead superintendents in the space.

What you'll do:

• Lead field operations on large commercial healthcare projects, including new construction, additions, renovations, and work inside occupied facilities
• Own jobsite safety, OSHPD/HCAI compliance, complex phasing, utility shutdowns, and hospital operational continuity
• Build and manage master schedules, look aheads, manpower plans, and recovery strategies
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialty healthcare trades, and lead QA/QC through closeout and owner acceptance

What you'll need:

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience, including substantial senior field leadership as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
• Proven leadership on large, occupied healthcare environments (acute care hospitals, medical centers) under OSHPD/HCAI requirements
• Working knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and fire/life safety systems
• OSHA 30 hour and First Aid/CPR preferred or required; Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 familiarity a plus
