Job summary

Star Staffing seeks a General Superintendent to oversee multiple healthcare construction projects, coordinating field operations, schedules, subcontractors, safety, and client communications. The role requires 3+ years of hospital/HCAi experience and collaboration with the Project Manager to drive success.

Daily responsibilities include overseeing sites, managing crews and vendors, maintaining look-ahead schedules, and ensuring OSHA compliance while delivering high-quality work and on-time

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction supervision/management experience; healthcare/HCAi preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read plans/specifications and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety requirements.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work with clients and project teams.
