• 10+ years of multifamily construction experience.
• Experience as Lead Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects.
• Recent experience with Type V wood-frame garden-style apartment communities.
• Experience managing phased construction schedules and turnover sequencing.
• Proven track record overseeing large multifamily developments with multiple buildings.
• Strong subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety management.
• Experience utilizing modern construction management technology including Procore.
• Ability to work onsite throughout the greater Chattanooga market.
