Champion Windows & Home Exteriors is seeking a Sunroom Lead Carpenter / Installer in New Berlin, WI. You will lead the installation of Champion sunrooms, coordinating with a helper to deliver high-quality results for customers.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in carpentry/construction, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with common tools. A valid driver’s license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience focusing on carpentry, roofing and window installation.
• High School diploma or GED; trade school in construction a plus.
• Experience using a brake and common hand tools (knife, hammer, deglazing tools).

Responsibilities

• Ensure decks and sunrooms are built to Champion specs and code requirements.
• Review contract folder/instructions before leaving to clarify work.
• Install products and direct helpers to ensure quality and safety.
• Interact with customers professionally while protecting Champion's reputation.
• Ensure truck is equipped with necessary parts, tools, and resources.
• Perform all job tasks in compliance with laws and safety rules.
