Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Sunroom Lead Carpenter / Installer to guide the installation of sunrooms, including walls, windows, roofs, and doors. You will lead the crew, ensure safety, and meet Champion engineering specs and code requirements.

You will review drawings, coordinate with customers, and ensure all tools and truck supplies are ready for each project, while maintaining the company’s reputation and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience including carpentry, roofing, and window installation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; trade schooling a plus.
• Experience using hand tools and safe vehicle operation.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Certified in lead standard is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of Champion sunrooms including walls, windows, roofs, and doors.
• Oversee helpers and ensure quality, safety and timely completion.
• Review drawings and contracts before starting work.
• Interact with customers professionally and maintain Champion’s reputation.
• Ensure delivery of parts and tools in the company truck.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations.
