The role requires 3–5 years of construction experience in carpentry, roofing, and window installation, with strong communication and a valid driver's license. A lead certification is a plus and the company provides a truck and tools for jobs.

Qualifications

3–5 years in construction involving carpentry, roofing and window installation.
Math skills including measuring with a tape and calculating angles.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Clean driving record with regular operation/maintenance of a fleet vehicle.
Lead standard certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead installation of sunrooms, walls, roofs, doors, and support structures to Champion specifications.
Review contract/drawings before leaving on assignments to clarify work.
Direct helpers to ensure quality and safety on site.
Interact with customers professionally to protect Champion's reputation.
Ensure truck has parts, products, tools, and resources for jobs.
Safely perform all job tasks in compliance with laws.
