Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson seeks an experienced SUE Party Chief for the Underground Utilities, Land Surveying, and Mapping team in Richmond, Virginia. The role is full-time with hourly pay between $28 and $38, commensurate with experience and credentials.

Responsibilities include leading field crews, planning surveys, training crew members, and delivering accurate field notes and calculations using AutoCAD and related equipment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in utility designating and locating equipment with leadership experience.
• Land surveying experience is a plus.

• Participates in pre-survey planning with project managers and contractors.
• Assigns and monitors work; provides input for crew evaluation.
• Instructs survey crew in methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Completes daily report cards and field sketches.
• Performs complex surveying calculations using AutoCAD and related tools.
