Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in design projects.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support delivery of substation physical design projects, ensuring technical excellence and ontime performance.
• Partner with internal engineers and external clients to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Perform detailed QA/QC reviews on substation design packages for accuracy and constructability.
• Read, design, and review substation drawings including onelines and grounding layouts.
• Create and verify bills of materials for substation components.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and validate designs.
