Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a relevant field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in electric utility field operations with a focus on substation maintenance/construction.
• Experience working in a bargaining unit environment and familiarity with OSHA practices.

• Oversee safe work practices and training criteria for Electrical Maintenance technicians in Substation.
• Plan, schedule and supervise daily activities; establish performance measures to optimize productivity.
• Oversee substation equipment inspection programs and adherence to regulatory standards.
