Job summary

Duquesne Light Company, headquartered in downtown Pittsburgh, seeks a T&D Supervisor at the Raccoon Service Center to lead field crews and uphold safety, quality and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

You will coordinate with engineering, project management and contractors, manage schedules, training and performance, and ensure compliance with NESC, OSHA, and labor agreements, including storm response responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical/civil engineering or related field.
• Experience in utility construction and safety compliance.
• Experience in unionized environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safety and compliance standards for crews.
• Directs construction and maintenance activities of field personnel to ensure productivity and safety.
• Schedules daily work and assigns tasks to senior line workers to ensure timely completion.
• Directs timely training, development and coaching of personnel in the T&D department.
