L3Harris is seeking a Lead, Subcontracts to support Maritime Integration initiatives and program execution. The role covers from proposal through award and involves cost, schedule, and technical performance oversight.

The position requires managing subcontract acquisition activities, ensuring on-time delivery, and achieving customer objectives while complying with FAR/DFARS and internal processes. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 9+ years related experience; alternate: 13 years without degree.
• 3+ years’ experience writing, issuing, and negotiating RFPs, NDAs, and subcontracts
• Must be able to obtain DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required

• Identify risks and opportunities with multiple functions.
• Communicate effectively with a wide array of professional levels and functions.
• Manage program budgets and explain variances in monthly performance.
• Generate spending plans, payment forecasts, and variance reports.
• Navigate FAR/DFARS regulations and internal procedures for compliance; International experience (DCS/FMS).
• Domestic/International travel may be required up to 20% of the time.
