15+ years of experience in subcontract formation and administration.
Lead Subcontracts Manager in an integrated project team environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Subcontracts team in supporting construction activities for a major project.
Oversee all phases of subcontracting and ensure compliance with processes.
Serve as primary interface with Client, Project Management Team, and internal stakeholders.
Develop and implement subcontracting strategies to support execution and mitigate risk.
Provide guidance to ensure consistent processes and performance across the team.
Maintain subcontract files and documentation per company standards.
