Job summary

Vision Technologies is seeking a Foreman to lead low voltage cabling installations on construction sites, health care facilities, and government facilities. You will install, terminate, and test copper and fiber runs, supervise technicians, and ensure workmanship meets industry standards.

A robust safety mindset and customer-focused approach are essential for on-time project delivery. This on-site role requires a high school diploma, with BICSI certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and analytical with strong documentation skills.
• Able to lead and supervise technicians on site.
• Adherence to Vision safety requirements and quality standards.
• Experience with copper and fiber testing per TIA/EIA and BICSI.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling systems on site.
• Supervise technicians and provide on-the-job training as needed.
• Ensure installations meet customer expectations and quality standards.
• Maintain safety protocols and project documentation.
