Primoris Heavy Civil seeks a Structure Superintendent to lead all on-site structural construction activities across Louisiana heavy civil projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with project teams.

This role requires 5–10 years of experience, strong leadership, blueprint interpretation, and travel to sites, with responsibilities spanning supervision, quality control, and coordination with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with bridges, foundations, retaining walls, and other complex structures.
• Ability to read complex blueprints, specifications, and project schedules.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites in Louisiana.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site structural construction activities, including concrete, formwork, rebar, pile driving, and steel assembly.
• Develop and implement project schedules for structural components.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review drawings to ensure accurate construction execution.
• Prepare daily and progress reports and documentation.
• Ensure equipment care and maintenance.
