Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is looking for a skilled Project Supervisor to lead a team at one of our Liquefied Natural Gas Plant Projects in the US Gulf Coast Region. In this role, you will oversee craft professionals, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Physical ability to conduct field inspections including extensive walking in construction sites.
• Must be able to use appropriate standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft professional activities and work schedules.
• Coordinate subcontract work activities and team development.
• Ensure compliance with project policies, procedures, and specifications.

Skills

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications

Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards

Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

Ability to develop a 3-week look-ahead schedule

Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams

Education

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
