Job summary

EZARC is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead field crews in the safe, efficient erection of structural steel for commercial and industrial projects. The role blends hands-on ironwork with daily supervision to meet specifications, schedule, and safety standards.

You will read drawings, coordinate rigging and crane operations, and oversee joints and welding, while promoting a strong safety culture and timely reporting of progress and needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of structural steel or ironworking experience.
• Experience leading crews on structural steel erection projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead ironworker crews in daily erection activities.
• Plan work assignments, sequencing, and manpower to meet schedules.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members; enforce accountability.
• Read and interpret drawings; oversee erection, alignment and welding.
• Promote safety culture; conduct toolbox talks and JHAs.
• Track progress; report issues and manage timekeeping as needed.
