• Coordinate production and shipping activities with Plant and Shipping managers.
• Prioritize shop schedule to meet delivery dates.
• Review processes for cost, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Communicate with management, PMs, shop supervisors, and staff.
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day shop operations under the plant manager.
