Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in steel estimating or 7 years in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of AISC and AWS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimates for small to mid-sized projects.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotes and evaluations.
• Assist in project turnover and support change order pricing.
