Job summary

m2e Consulting Engineers is seeking a Project Manager for the Concrete Restoration and Design team in Florida. You will lead restoration projects from assessment through closeout, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with Florida Building Code.

The role requires 4–7 years of experience in engineering/restoration, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to perform fieldwork on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple concrete restoration projects from initiation through closeout.
• Perform field inspections and document findings accurately.
• Prepare field reports and repair protocols per standards.
• Review contractor pay applications and change orders.
• Coordinate project schedules and resources with internal teams and contractors.
• Mentor junior engineers and field staff; ensure OSHA compliance.
