Job summary

The Tsui Group seeks a QA/QC Technical Reviewer (Structural) to join our team in Los Angeles County. You will conduct technical reviews of structural and electrical design for educational facility projects, ensuring compliance with CBC, Cal Green, OSHA, and CHPS standards.

You will contribute to design guides and provide clear, actionable comments to A/E teams and OARs. The role requires strong experience in large commercial or educational projects, California licensing is preferred, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience may substitute for up to 2 years of education.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical review of electrical plans and specs for construction projects.
• Provide comments on adherence to standards, quality of development, and documentation of electrical design.
• Contribute to District Design Guidelines and related standards.
• Update policies and guides for educational facility design and electrical specs.
• Coordinate with Design and A/E Technical Support and other District units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
