Job summary

Protingent is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Las Vegas to lead complex projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, guiding engineers and drafters, and negotiating contracts to maximize profitability.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in structural projects, a P.E. license, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This is a direct-hire, on-site role with Protingent’s client in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/civil engineering.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience in handling all aspects of structural projects.
• P.E. license is required.
• Project management certifications (PMP or CAPM) are a plus.
• LEED certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete projects within schedule and budgets.
• Lead drafting and engineering teams and coordinate with junior staff.
• Negotiate contracts and set fees for projects.
• Coordinate with clients, management, and field staff.
• Ensure conformance with local codes and project scope.
