Qualifications

• Accredited engineering degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• Minimum 10+ years related industry experience.
• Registered Structural Engineer (SE) license or other professional license or certification based on expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team for the structural analysis, design, documentation, and construction administration of building projects.
• Plans and manages technical work and staffing within the group to deliver projects.
• Mentorship of employees for advancing technical skills and project management.
