Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a structural mechanics related STEM field or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in multiple aerospace structural mechanics disciplines.
- Willing to travel domestically ~10% and obtain TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Connect emerging issues with subdivision capabilities and set strategic priorities.
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop multi-disciplinary structural solutions.
- Maintain awareness of capabilities and apply them across programs.
- Develop relationships with customers and contractors throughout acquisitions.
- Maintain technical depth in structural mechanics and address root causes.
