• Lead ad-hoc cross-disciplinary teams to develop solutions
• Maintain awareness of capabilities across functional departments
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and contractors
• Maintain technical depth in structural mechanics related focus area
• Identify technical needs and root causes during hardware development and operation

Education
