Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as a Structural Ironworker.
• Ability to lead steel erection, fabrication, grid layout and rigging.
• Knowledge of safe rigging practices (chokers, slings, etc.).
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.
• NCCER certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain structural iron and steel components.
• Read blueprints and locate materials and locations.
• Hoist equipment into position using bull rigging or crane.
• Verify alignment of structural-steel members with plumb bobs or laser.
• Connect members with bolts for riveting or bolting.
