Ideal candidates have 4+ years in structural ironwork, strong rigging knowledge, and a NCCER certification. This full-time, on-site role is based in Clute, TX.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a Structural Ironworker.
• Lead in erection of steel, fabrication, grid layout, rigging etc.
• Knowledge of safe rigging practices (chokers, slings, etc.).
• Must possess a NCCER.
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope and materials.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain iron/steel structural components.
• Hoist equipment into location via bull rigging or crane.
• Verify alignment of structural-steel members using lasers/levels.
• Bolt, rivet, and connect columns, beams, and girders as per drawings.
• Fabricate equipment per blueprints or supervisor instructions.
