Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in structural steel or heavy rigging operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience as a foreman or lead hand.
• Solid understanding of rigging, crane operations, lift planning, and potentially barge stability principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crews involved in steel erection, rigging, and potentially barge operations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, lift plans, and rigging diagrams.
• Plan daily activities, allocate labor, and ensure productivity and quality standards.
