Job summary

ADF Group in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Structural Steel Fabrication Foreman with strong leadership and 5+ years of supervisory experience in heavy structural steel fabrication. You will oversee multiple fabrication stations, ensure safety, and drive production milestones in a hands-on environment.

Qualified candidates will have experience reading blueprints, welding FCAW/MCAW, and managing teams. Relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years’ experience as a fabrication foreman with heavy structural steel experience.
• Experience supervising and managing duties.
• Prior fabrication/production leadership in steel construction.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Production Manager.
• Oversee production for seven or more fabrication stations.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily work activities and resources to meet schedules.
• Ensure quality of work and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct safety training and enforce safe work practices.
• Lead team meetings, provide guidance, and update on changes in schedule or methods.
• Investigate incidents and complete necessary reports.
• Manage timekeeping and discipline when needed.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and inspections.
