Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience on large commercial, institutional, healthcare, aviation, or civic projects.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex projects from concept through construction.
• Significant experience with seismic engineering throughout all project phases.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural engineering design and delivery of major building projects from conceptualization through construction completion.
• Develop structural concepts, perform calculations, create specifications, and prepare detailed construction documents.
• Ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Perform design for steel and concrete building systems, including high-rise and long-span structures.
• Review calculations, drawings, and construction documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and review their work for quality and consistency.
