Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years in structural design; 4+ years in precast structures.
• Professional Engineer license required or reciprocity.
• Proficiency with structural design and analysis software (RAM, RISA, STAAD or similar).
• Strong knowledge of building codes and material design standards.
• Demonstrated project management experience or strong interest in advancing into a lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design efforts for building projects from concept through final construction documents.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with architects, contractors, owners, and internal staff.
• Oversee analysis and design of structural systems utilizing precast concrete.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Conduct site visits, review shop drawings, and provide construction-phase support.
• Prepare proposals, assist with scope development, and contribute to client relationships.
