Job summary

Nucor Buildings Group in Waterloo, IN is seeking a Structural Engineering Supervisor – Product Design to lead a technical team responsible for the development, evaluation, standardization, and continuous improvement of PEMB structural products and systems used across our pre-engineered metal building business.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of PEMB experience and PEMB knowledge.
• BS in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Eng or related field.
• Familiarity with IBC, ASCE7, AISC standards.
• Proficient CAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a technical team of engineers and drafters.
• Apply PEMB structural expertise to product design and evaluation.
• Drive product and engineering improvements with cross-functional input.
• Collaborate across divisions to align standards and tools.
