Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the CSA Engineering team for Mining, Minerals, and Metals projects in the US. Based in Mesa, AZ, you will drive design, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality structural services.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, oversee technical integrity, and help advance Worley’s sustainable engineering solutions across complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona or ability to obtain shortly.
• 8+ years lead or senior civil/structural engineering experience.
• Mining, Minerals & Metals project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSA Engineering team for US MMM projects and manage small to large projects.
• Oversee design/engineering work and deliverables within the CSA team.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other disciplines; prepare progress reports.
