Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 5-10 years of structural engineering design experience for various facilities.
• Experience with steel, concrete, masonry, and/or timber.
• Proficiency with Revit and RAM/ETABS/RISA.
• Knowledge of IBC, AISC, ACI, and ASCE standards.
• Experience preparing engineering calculations and construction documents.
• EIT certification required; PE license or active pursuit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design structural systems for new construction, renovation, and rehabilitation building projects.
• Perform structural engineering calculations, analyses, and code compliance reviews.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, structural reports, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP engineers, and other project disciplines.
• Conduct field investigations, site assessments, and construction support activities.
• Mentor entry-level engineers and designers while advancing toward project leadership responsibilities.
