Job summary

Industrial Ally, A Salas O’Brien Company, in St. Louis, MO, seeks a knowledgeable Structural Engineer with 10–15 years of heavy industrial experience to lead design and deliverables. You will supervise engineers and designers, prepare construction documents, and mentor staff, using Revit and related design tools.

The role emphasizes adherence to codes, client collaboration, and ongoing quality improvements while managing budgets and schedules on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Structural or Civil).
• 10+ years’ experience in structural engineering with heavy industrial expertise.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• Licensed Structural Engineer (S.E.) strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural on multi-discipline projects and manage majority structural scope.
• Direct and manage project execution of other engineers and designers.
• Develop complex structural analysis models using STAAD, RISA, or other programs.
• Ensure compliance with IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, and AWS codes.
