Impact Recruitment is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Building Services division in Wisconsin. The role involves leading structural design projects, coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors, and guiding junior staff under the Structural Lead and Building Services Manager.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in structural design, project management, and client interactions, with proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and related software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field required.
• PE licensure in Wisconsin or Iowa is preferred or required.
• Master’s degree is a plus; 5+ years of relevant experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from concept to completion, including rehab work.
• Perform code reviews and foundation design.
• Design with engineered lumber, steel, roofing, and masonry.
• Support geotechnical analysis and coordinate with team and contractors.
• Provide project management oversight and client communication.
• Coordinate shop drawings and QA-QC with stakeholders.
• Support business development and proposal preparation.
