Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC in Tulsa, OK seeks a Lead or Senior Structural Engineer to lead industrial facility projects across North America. You will supervise design teams, coordinate with clients, and guide calculations and drawings from concept through construction.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, mentoring junior staff, and delivering safe, code-compliant structures using RISA/STAAD/Revit/AutoCAD. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
10+ years of structural engineering design in process facilities, energy.
Experience leading and managing project execution.
Strong experience with industrial steel and concrete structures.

Responsibilities

Provide structural calculations and design for process facilities, oil & gas, and energy projects from concept through construction.
Perform structural analysis for industrial steel and concrete structures.
Design industrial buildings using RISA, STAAD, Revit, and AutoCAD.
Review and approve engineering calculations, construction documents, and shop drawings.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, fabricators, and multidisciplinary teams.
Estimate engineering hours and prepare proposals for projects.
Conduct field investigations and site visits; evaluate existing structures.
