Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Senior Structural Designer to support industrial facility projects across North America. The role emphasizes Revit drafting and detailing with a focus on steel structures and building systems.

You will develop detailed Revit 3D models, generate shop drawings, and coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams. Tulsa, OK or Fayetteville, AR on-site with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of structural drafting/detailing experience.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD for industrial projects.
• Experience detailing structural steel and reinforced concrete.
• Knowledge of industrial building systems and fabrication review.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Revit 3D structural models for industrial facilities.

Location: Tulsa, OK or Fayetteville, AR

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Structural Designer to join our growing engineering team supporting the design of complex industrial facilities across North America.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of structural drafting/detailing experience with strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, structural steel, and building design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Revit 3D structural models for industrial and process facilities.
• Prepare steel framing, foundation plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Produce drawings for structural steel and reinforced concrete.
• Prepare structural steel fabrication and shop drawing packages.
• Create and maintain AutoCAD drawings and construction documents.
• Coordinate structural work with civil, mechanical, electrical, process, and architectural teams.
• Review fabrication drawings and incorporate engineering revisions.
• Support field investigations and project coordination.
• Maintain drawing accuracy and compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of structural drafting/detailing experience.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Experience with structural steel and reinforced concrete detailing.
• Knowledge of structural connections, foundations, and industrial building systems.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation.
• Experience reviewing fabrication/shop drawings.
• Excellent coordination, organization, and attention to detail.
• Industrial experience in manufacturing, processing, food & beverage, energy, or heavy industrial facilities preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
