Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s with 6+; or PhD with 4+ years.
• Willing to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Experience with finite element analysis software and data processing tools.
• Experience in structural dynamic analysis and testing of aerospace hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Development of structural dynamics design and analysis using advanced numerical solutions.
• Establishing parameters for dynamics testing, dynamics test monitoring and data processing, and correlation of test results to model predictions.
• Preparation of technical documents and presentations.
• Demonstrated skill and ability to perform professional tasks, including the ability to collaborate and lead in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Provide technical leadership of a small team of dynamics engineers in support of a program, including task delegation.
