Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Technical Specialist and Lead Designer to supervise designers and deliver civil/structural packages on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will mentor staff, coordinate with engineering and other disciplines, review drawings, and ensure compliance with AISC/ACI details and company CAD standards.

• Requires 15+ years of civil/structural drafting and design experience.
• Knowledge and application of AISC and ACI standard details.
• Ability to produce accurate civil/structural drawings and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of designers and lead the civil/structural design effort.
• Ensure delivery of complete packages on time and within budget.
• Review drawings for accuracy and coordinate with engineers and other disciplines.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
