Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Principal Consultant - Electrification / Clean Technology - Strativ Group (10+ Years Experience)

In this role, you'll design and optimize critical subsystems, ensuring they meet performance, cost, and manufacturability standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute structural designs & integrate critical subsystems.
• Perform FEA analysis and apply rigorous engineering methodologies.
• Create detailed CAD models, drawings, and reports for fabrication.
• Collaborate with internal teams & external partners for seamless execution.
• Support prototyping, testing, and design validation.

Background:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of structural design / system architecture experience for complex multi-physical products/equipment
• Expertise in FEA, structural materials
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
