Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in structural concrete formwork, heavy civil carpentry, or commercial framing.
• Strong technical background in concrete forming systems, form ties, and heavy framing methods.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering plans, structural drawings, and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field activities for carpentry crews to construct and secure complex concrete forming systems.
• Review blueprints and site drawings to ensure accurate measurements and layout execution.
• Supervise installation of form ties, modular formwork, and wooden framing systems.
• Coordinate crew tasks with the Project Superintendent and maintain project schedules.
• Mentor carpenters to ensure craftsmanship, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Inspect formwork to confirm structural integrity before pours.
