Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• P.E. license required.
• At least 10 years of experience in consulting or engineering.
• Experience working with DOTs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, fees, and profitability of projects and portfolios.
• Serve as point of contact with clients and act as project manager.
• Assist in new sales with clients for which they are managing projects.
• Coordinate internal transportation disciplines with sub-consultants and clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure transportation disciplines align with bridge design requirements.
• Provide staffing information to leadership for future projects.
• Develop and mentor other team members.
