Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering with focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace or Materials Sciences
• 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• 5+ years leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team in development or production environments

Responsibilities

• Establish a culture of proactive technical discipline, risk management and rapid issue resolution
• Lead requirement, function, and interface development for the EMVF
• Oversee the design of products in support of development, production, and sustainment changes
• Present data for the product at Design Reviews, product Acceptance and Qualification Reviews, and Delivery Reviews
• Guide technical path for product definition and execution
• Drive IPT to System Integration for EMVF– drive coordination between IPT and Program technical staff
• Accountable to IPT Lead, EMVF CE and respective Program CEs
• Technical authority over the development, design, production, and test of the EMVF
