Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Structural Analysis Engineer for the Electro-Magnetic Verification Facility (EMVF) program in Tukwila, WA. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure design, manufacturing and verification of EMVF, with responsibility for technical discipline and program coordination.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, 9+ years of experience, and 5+ years leading a team. U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, or Materials)
9+ years of related work experience
5+ years leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team
Clearance eligibility: US Citizenship for Top Secret/SCI and Special Program Access

Responsibilities

Establish a culture of proactive technical discipline and risk management
Lead requirement, function, and interface development for EMVF
Oversee design of products for development, production, and sustainment changes
Present data at Design Reviews, Acceptance/Qualification Reviews, and Delivery Reviews
Guide technical path for product definition and execution
Drive IPT to System Integration for EMVF and coordinate with program staff
Be accountable to IPT Lead, EMVF CE and Program CEs
Maintain technical authority over development, design, production, and test of EMVF
