Job Description:

In this role, you will provide and continually improve tools to support and enhance the function and efficiency of the engineering and design groups.

What you will be doing:

• Perform analysis and optimisation of structures and assemblies.
• Supervise and guide other FEA Engineers.
• Develop and enhance tools to optimise FEA under the guidance of the Lead CAE engineer.
• Create and maintain databases to support the FEA engineering functions.

Minimum requirements:

1. A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering) or similar.
2. Extensive experience in F1 or other motorsport industries.
3. Experience with FEA.
4. Strong IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. A positive attitude contributing to an open and inclusive culture.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
