Job Description:

In this role, you will provide and continually improve tools to support and enhance the function and efficiency of the engineering and design groups.

What you will be doing:

1. Perform analysis and optimisation of structures and assemblies.
2. Supervise and guide other FEA Engineers.
3. Develop and enhance tools to optimise FEA as required under the guidance of the Lead CAE engineer.
4. Create and maintain databases to support the FEA engineering functions.

Requirements:

1. A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering) or similar.
2. Extensive experience in F1 or other motorsport industries.
3. Experience with FEA.
4. Strong IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to contribute positively to an open and inclusive culture.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
