Assessing Impact

Measure progress against strategic priorities and help leaders focus resources on the highest‑impact opportunities. Diagnose performance, identify key learnings, develop KPIs, and communicate clear recommendations that strengthen decision‑making, improve execution, and drive continuous improvement over time.
