Job summary

829 Studios seeks a senior Lead Paid Search Strategist to own enterprise client campaigns and drive cross-disciplinary success. You’ll mentor junior colleagues and potentially lead teams, coordinating with marketing peers to deliver integrated results.

In addition to paid ads expertise, you’ll oversee analytics, reporting, and process improvements. The role offers remote work with optional Boston office, competitive benefits, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Hubspot Analytics.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp/Asana/Monday.com).
• Experience with pixeling/conversion tracking via GTM or similar.
• Experience with reporting tools (Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks, etc.).
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS; remote-work capable.

The Lead Paid Search Strategist position is a senior level, client-facing role within 829’s Marketing Services department. You’ll manage a portfolio of our largest, enterprise clients, executing campaigns and coordinating with colleagues across marketing disciplines to drive collective success.

This role provides the opportunity not only to dive deep into paid ads, but also learn on a broader scope about different areas of 829’s marketing business. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor and coach junior colleagues and peers - and if interested - manage direct reports over time. Strategize, develop, and simultaneously maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of enterprise sized businesses.Update clients regularly as to the status of their digital initiatives.Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents to rolling reporting.Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals through digital advertising.Serve as a technical resource to other departments, committees, and your peers.Conceptualize, vocalize, and implement departmental process improvements.
