The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division in Independence, MO is seeking a Store Lead Sales Associate to support the store management team in daily retail operations. You will drive sales, oversee opening/closing procedures, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store presentation in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Operations

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail or thrift store experience required.
• Leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
